The free shuttle service to the airport was efficient.

Upon arrival, the local cab dropped me in a dark alley outside the locked gate. Once I finally navigated to the main entrance, I discovered the room's door was malfunctioning, leading to a concerning lack of security . The bathroom cleanliness was questionable, with a persistent ant problem, made even quick visits uncomfortable.

The employees were REALLY FRIENDLY and amazingly nice. Twin room with a garden, a very comfy bed plus air con accommodated us perfectly.

The hotel's location was perfect, to the airport which was close by with a pharmacy and a supermarket within walking distance. Everything was good, however a few employees were very unhelpful.

The airco in my room was so bright, i seemed like i was in a hideous daylight rave, and don't even get me started on the dusty cupboard, it was like they thought dust was a decoration. I almost gave a good review but no one offered me a welcome gift for my troubles.

The double room we stayed in was updated with a garden around. Absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location for visiting restaurants and bars close to the hotel. The lunch in Ristorante de la Ville close to the property had every choice imaginable.

unbeatable and exceptionally nice position in the residential area, close to a wonderful restaurant for dinner that was deliciously authentic, close to a nice beach and the fiumicino township and coast. free parking on site provided.

A good stay near the airport

With a charming garden setting, we enjoyed our mornings sipping excellent coffee while planning visits to nearby restaurants, all within a short stroll. It reminded me of a hidden gem.

The bathroom could use a little attention, as the shower door seemed slightly off, and we noticed some flickering lights . It taught us that charm can sometimes come with quirks.

It was spotless, updated and with air con.

Try the homemade Italian dinners if you're seeking a unique culinary experience during your stay.

The owners really were very good ! They lent us their electric scooter to help us get cash for dinner and even treated us to some delicious homemade pizza. It was a heartwarming touch on our last night in Italy.

While the room was on the smaller side, the comfortable beds and updated bathroom provided a cozy stay. Continental breakfast was satisfactory, but a highlight was the delicious homemade pizza available.

Great spot near the airport

Perfect location for catching a flight. The gardens are super pretty and nice to chill in. My room was spacious and the bed was comfy. They left breakfast items in the room, which was handy. Just wish the AC worked better; it was kinda warm in there and there were ants crawling around.

can't wait to come back.

The room was super nice, with air conditioning and a tv. Loved the private bathroom and the comfy towels. The hot tub was amazing. The kettle was a nice touch for tea or coffee in the morning, and the air purifiers were a bonus!
